For Loose Diamond Order: Once you place the loose diamond order from Kedoza Jewelry (Whether it's listed or custom cut Order), does not eligible for return or cancellation in any condition; as we've already mentioned, all the details, including photos or videos of the finished item once it has done and before shipment.

This is a diamond trade-specific term indicating the diamond is clean or free from noticeable inclusions from the naked eye, from a distance of twelve to fifteen inches. We ship items with USPS/ FedEx, Aramex, DHL/DPD (it will take 7-8 days) and if you want fully insured delivery then we can do it and it will take 20-22 days

Standard Shipping: - We will ship your order items with India post and it will take 20-22 days for delivery, also will update your tracking number here when it is available.
Express Shipping: - We will ship your parcel with DHL/FedEx/ UPS for that 30 USD extra charge will be applied and you will get delivery within 07-09 working days and we will also provide you tracking number here for that.

Can I Return A Diamond Or Exchange It For Another Item?
Once you place the loose diamond order from Kedoza Jewelry (Whether it's listed or a custom cut Order), does not eligible for return or cancellation, or exchange in any situations. Returns are processed within 7 Business Days for jewelry; please confirm with us before shipping the parcel. All the return items should be covered by the return policy conditions that we have sent you in the chat box
Can I Cancel My Order?
Orders may be voidable prior to their shipping. Please contact us for more details.
You can cancel order within 48 hours from the order place time with prior reasons. Maybe on your order production has started then we charged for the restocking fee. Contact for more information.

How Can I Take Care Of My Jewelry?
Remove your ring when working out, showering or bathing, when applying lotions, using hairspray, or chemicals such as acetone.

For measuring your exact ring size is very easy and affordable. You can’t buy any extravagant equipment to measure the ring size. Does Choosing Express Shipping Make The Process Of Making My Order Faster?
Unfortunately, no. Choosing express or priority shipping is for USPS only when we drop off your package. It does not make the process of resizing or making your order any faster. It won’t make your order a rush.

Can I Change My Address Once An Order Is Placed?
You may however, it won't be possible after the order is shipped out. If your package gets lost during transit due to wrong address, we are not responsible for it. Please make sure your address is correct at time of placing an order.
