Limited Lifetime Manufacturer's Warranty:

We take pride in the exceptional quality of our lab-grown diamond jewelry and offer a limited lifetime manufacturer's warranty. If you believe your Kedoza jewelry has a manufacturing defect, please contact us for an inspection. If confirmed, we will repair it and return it to you.

Limited Lifetime Warranty Services:

  1. Paid Center or Side Stone Tightening Service:
    • Prongs may loosen due to everyday wear. We offer tightening services to keep your stones secure.
  2. Precious Metal Preservation:
    • Periodic maintenance, including rhodium plating every 3-5 years, preserves precious metals, protecting them from scratches and tarnish.
  3. Annual Complimentary Rhodium Plating:
    • Enjoy a complimentary rhodium plating service annually. You only need to cover the cost of shipping and Rhodium plating. Contact our Kedoza Customer Service Representative to arrange plating for your Kedoza ring.

Warranty Void If:

  • Worked on or repaired by a party other than Kedoza.
  • Not manufactured by Kedoza.
  • Proof and date of purchase cannot be provided.
  • Exceeds the valid limited lifetime warranty return timeframe.

Returns, Cancellations, and Exchanges:

Order Returns:

  1. Complete and submit the Return Order Request.
  2. Upon receiving your request, we will email you the return instructions.
  3. Ship the package following the provided instructions.
  4. Your refund will be processed within 3-4 business days upon receiving the return package.

Order Cancellations:

  • To cancel an order, contact us via email or by using the return request form.
  • Shipped orders cannot be canceled.
  • If work has commenced, an applicable restocking/processing fee will be charged.
  • Special order items are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
  • Items canceled or changed after production commences may incur a 5-7% cancellation fee.
